Ground Up Construction
Simply said start from the ground and go up. Hammers Construction is a design-build contractor. This means we handle all aspects of a ground-up construction project from helping our client to procure the land the building will sit on to creating the drawings and plans for the building and finally the construction of the project. The entire construction project is started from scratch in ground-up construction.
Tenant Improvements
Tenant Improvements or Tenant Remodels are customized alterations or enhancements to an existing building or space to better fit the tenant’s needs. Hammers Construction works with the building owner or tenant to work up a solution to aid the business owners in creating wealth in their space. Tenant improvements can be large or small jobs.
