Hammers did an excellent job building my new distillery in Colorado Springs. I will definitely be using Hammers for all my future construction projects.
We purchased and occupied our Hammers built industrial building during the worst possible time- COVID restrictions, bad weather, parts delays and lengthy permit processing times. Hammers was with us all the way, their professional staff kept us informed, worked through the rough spots with the city and gave us a great building to grow our business in. We will look to Hammers first for our next building project.
Landscape Endeavors, Inc. has worked alongside Hammers Construction, Inc. throughout the lifetime of our company. Hammers has now built us two offices in the past 25 years and we have been beyond satisfied each time. Our current commercial space was completed during the pandemic, however, this never deterred Hammers Construction on completing this project in an appropriate timeframe. The Falcon Fire District has utilized Hammers Construction as the design/builder on our last two new fire station projects. Being a Local Government there are several special rules that must be followed when completing new facility construction projects. The Hammers team is very familiar with these restrictions and the Hammers Brothers run a great design/build business, making the process smooth and easy.
I feel Hammers performed very well with the installation of the Pre-engineered building. Hammers Construction was very straight forward with pricing for additional work and was open to taking suggestions as well as giving suggestions on how the project could be successful. Hammers had the technical know-how to overcome all challenges and obstacles that we encountered on the job. Hammers was responsive on warranty items and didn’t rest until the job was right.
