Hammers Construction recently finished this Tenant Remodel in Monument, Colorado. Mountain Springs Recovery features: Inpatient Luxury Addiction Treatment Facility, 24/7 Availability of Medical Staff, Better Treatment Choices, and an Awe Inspiring Natural View.

The team at Hammers Construction converted an existing hotel body sitting on 5.12 acres into an inpatient rehabilitation facility. This included the addition of a fire suppression system, re-work to accommodate ADA compliance and new fit & finish throughout.

It’s TI Tuesday!!

Here is a recent tenant improvement project that we finalized in Colorado Springs.

Shoco Oil is a premier full-service fuel and lubricant supplier for Colorado.  They also specialize in testing, analyzing, and advising on all things fuel and lubricant related.  Their services help customers plan a cost-effective maintenance program that provides peace of mind by guarding against expensive equipment failure.

Project work scope:

  • Expanded oil testing/analysis lab by 200 SF
    • New lab cabinetry and countertops
    • Added air conditioning and exhaust to both the new and existing labs
  • Relocated and expanded the conference Room
    • Added new high-end cabinetry with custom quartz counters top and two under-counter refrigerators
    • Added new etched glass double doors and etched glass windows with logo artwork
    • Replaced VCT flooring
  • Removed and upgraded to curved main service counter
    • New work stations (3) with backlit display wood shelving and custom quartz countertop
    • Replaced VCT flooring
  • Upgraded all office lighting to LED

We are proud to announce that we have officially closed-out on the Jewett’s Liquor Store Project located in Canon City, CO.
This brand new 11,700 SF building is impressive with it’s sleek design features on the exterior and interior.
Some special features include, stud stud, exterior rock detailing and exterior overhangs.
The goal of this project to was to stick to a very strict budget. We were able to achieve this goal by using a pre-engineered metal building to keep our construction costs down, but still be able to meet all architectural guidelines and to use implement architectural/decor accents to make it a beautiful building inside and out.

 

One of our amazing clients, Erasmo Casiano- owner of Create Cooking School, gave our Hammers team an amazing review for his completed project. We wanted to share it this morning:
