This project was financed and designed by Hammers Construction, Inc. This ground up, metal building was completed in just four months. The tenant, Complete Window Care, was able to select their own finishes and revise the tenant build out to suit their needs. This project was built on time and on budget.

Hammers did an excellent job building my new distillery in Colorado Springs. I will definitely be using Hammers for all my future construction projects.
We purchased and occupied our Hammers built industrial building during the worst possible time- COVID restrictions, bad weather, parts delays and lengthy permit processing times. Hammers was with us all the way, their professional staff kept us informed, worked through the rough spots with the city and gave us a great building to grow our business in. The Falcon Fire District has utilized Hammers Construction as the design/builder on our last two new fire station projects. Being a Local Government there are several special rules that must be followed when completing new facility construction projects. The Hammers team is very familiar with these restrictions and the Hammers Brothers run a great design/build business, making the process smooth and easy.
I feel Hammers performed very well with the installation of the Pre-engineered building.
