Here is a recent tenant improvement project that we finalized in Colorado Springs.
Shoco Oil is a premier full-service fuel and lubricant supplier for Colorado. They also specialize in testing, analyzing, and advising on all things fuel and lubricant related. Their services help customers plan a cost-effective maintenance program that provides peace of mind by guarding against expensive equipment failure.
Project work scope:
- Expanded oil testing/analysis lab by 200 SF
- New lab cabinetry and countertops
- Added air conditioning and exhaust to both the new and existing labs
- Relocated and expanded the conference Room
- Added new high-end cabinetry with custom quartz counters top and two under-counter refrigerators
- Added new etched glass double doors and etched glass windows with logo artwork
- Replaced VCT flooring
- Removed and upgraded to curved main service counter
- New work stations (3) with backlit display wood shelving and custom quartz countertop
- Replaced VCT flooring
- Upgraded all office lighting to LED
