Two new buildings are slated for construction in Aurora, Colorado, marking the beginning of a series of state-of-the-art campuses with flexible leasing choices for health and technology-related businesses.
Colorado Health & Tech Centers (CHTC), founded by Dr. Afshin Safavi, will provide flexible shell workplaces that will allow each client to tailor their environment to their individual need.
Dr. Safavi is responsible for many drug products currently on the market. He has vast expertise building and supervising teams in pharmaceutical and manufacturing organizations. He plans to utilize the knowledge he gained while creating a world-class contract research firm to the field of business space solutions.
Dr. Safavi stated, “At CHTC, we move at the speed of innovation with the greatest sites, a collaborative and comprehensive design/build process, and our dedication to high-speed, low-drag decision-making and execution.”
Experts at CHTC assist clients in designing a productive, one-of-a-kind workspace with flexible conditions that permit growth over time. Laboratory areas can be constructed to fulfill specific biosafety level requirements and production norms, whereas medical and technical offices have secure, contemporary network architectures.
Hammers Construction, a family-owned design-build contractor with over 30 years of experience in the front range region, is assisting them in this endeavor. Together, Hammer’s renowned reputation and extensive construction expertise have developed a collaboration that will seamlessly integrate technology and building development.
With a goal of constructing one million square feet of biotechnology, technology, medical, and manufacturing spaces across 10 campuses along the I-25 corridor from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins over the next decade, CHTC is pursuing its mission to become Colorado’s most versatile, agile, and capable developer of work environments that enable companies to attract, develop, and retain the best and brightest talent in their industry in Colorado.
