Happy Friday Everyone!

We have had all the seasons this week in Colorado but still made lots of progress on many of our jobs. This week we are featuring progress from Falcon, Colorado all the way up to the Denver Metro Area.

We want to take a moment to thank all of you who view our blogs and share them with your friends. Thank you so much!

Now to the good stuff!

Woodford – Ground – Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This week at the “Woodford” job there were some weather delays but we were able to get some exterior concrete poured, exterior pack lights and door bumpers installed, as well as interior lights installed and the fire sprinkler pipes started.

CSAA – Tenant Improvement Project in Colorado Springs, CO

This week at CSAA we worked on painting in the hallways. We also installed new caution signs and completed sanding the drywall. There was electrical routed for the closet along with mechanical equipment installation.

NREC – Ground-Up Project in Commerce City, Colorado

North Range Eye Care is in Commerce City, Colorado. This weeks progress includes duct work insulation, electrical rough, damp proofing, and lathing being installed. We also installed backing for cabinets and bathrooms along with the lot being graded and the dirt was hauled off.

Apex Audiology – Ground-Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado

There was a weather delay at Apex Audiology this week, but we were still able to get street lighting conduits and underground electrical conduits trenching done. We also completed an inspection and back-filling with compaction. Wood framing was completed including setting interior steel posts. In addition, we prepped for our exterior steel crew.

Gripstone – Ground-Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Gripstone is moving along with prep and material for fire hydrants, building water, and fire sprinklers. We are pending clearance to proceed, but prepping for thirteen loads of structural steel.
