Dino Denal, formerly Briargate Pediatric Dentistry, needed a facelift along with their new name. This space needed to be designed to accommodate pediatric clients while making them feel safe in the dental area. Hammers created this space to be open and airy and added a touch of fun with vibrant colors. The area includes medial rooms, an open area for dental chairs, xray machines, office space, and more.
Foot And Ankle Institute of Colorado provides high-quality diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle problems for men, women, and families living in and around Colorado Springs, Colorado. They needed an update to their medical space while keeping costs at a minimum budget. Hammers helped to redesign the space to better accommodate patients. We also reclaimed the wood and other facets of the existing building to help keep costs down. This new clinic houses open offices, labs, physical therapy areas and more.
Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic is a locally owned mens health clinic in Colorado Springs. They came to Hammers Construction to help remodel their existing space in the building they rent. The space now houses several offices, lab area and waiting room.
Dr. Herholtz with Apex Audiology came to Hammers to build another building. While working with Apex Audiology we created a concept for business owner wealth. Hammers built Apex Audiology in a building that is suited for two business. Dr. Herholtz can run his business and generate income from the other tenant in the building. Apex Audiology itself was built to house state of the art audiological technology. The new clinic is friendly and inviting but large enough to manage the large volume of clients seen.
Sunshine Behavioral Heath is a premier Colorado Rehab Center nestled in Monument, Colorado. During this project the crew at Hammers Construction converted an existing hotel body sitting on 5.12 acres into an inpatient rehabilitation facility. This included the addition of a fire suppression system, re-work to accommodate ADA compliance, and new fit & finish throughout.
North Range Eye Care is new medical office facility located in Commerce City, Colorado; a suburb of Denver that was just recently constructed. This is a multi-tenant building that is approximately 5,940 sqft in size and constructed post and beam, bar joist, and metal deck. The exterior finishes compliment the other commercial buildings architecture in the surrounding area; they include stucco and brick with metal accent awnings.
This new commercial medical/retail/office buildings main tenant is North Range Eye Care which takes approximately 3,040 sqft leaving approximately 2,900 soft for a future tenant build-out.
North Range Eye care is a full service Optometry Center with an open floor plan that accentuate the reception area, waiting area and retail display. The floor plan also includes general offices with 6-exam rooms, 2-pre-testing rooms, vision therapy and full service lab. This new facility is a nice addition to the Hammers Construction portfolio and we are very pleased to have helped Dr. David Hite design-build his new medical office multi-tenant facility.
PeakMed is a high end space for a new medical consultation office. Finished floor space of 2800 square feet is finished with a use of modern materials. Open ceiling concept was utilized to create airy atmosphere. Custom made glass until were used as wall materials. Custom electrical and data wiring design and installation were provided for Owner supplied equipment.
Hand and Stone is an upscale tenant finish space for a new message therapy and facial spa. It has a finish floor space of 2800 square foot and we had to work very closely with our client to coordinate the installation of the contractor supplied finishes such as floor coverings, millwork cabinetry, wall finishes and decorative lighting. Since this is also a national chain the Owner had a lot of corporate furnished items such as display cases, furniture, signage and equipment that we had to coordinate the installation of backing requirements, power supply locations and delivery schedules in order to meet the construction schedule and opening date.
Complete Care is a 24-hour emergency facility located in Pueblo, CO. The medical facility is equipped to manage all varieties of emergent services for all ages. Complete Care features a state-of-the-art medical center with a CT-Scan and X-ray room, as well as full electric automation system in case of a power outage. The facility is staffed by the very best team of medical providers.
