Dino Denal, formerly Briargate Pediatric Dentistry, needed a facelift along with their new name. This space needed to be designed to accommodate pediatric clients while making them feel safe in the dental area. Hammers created this space to be open and airy and added a touch of fun with vibrant colors. The area includes medial rooms, an open area for dental chairs, xray machines, office space, and more.
Foot And Ankle Institute of Colorado provides high-quality diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle problems for men, women, and families living in and around Colorado Springs, Colorado. They needed an update to their medical space while keeping costs at a minimum budget. Hammers helped to redesign the space to better accommodate patients. We also reclaimed the wood and other facets of the existing building to help keep costs down. This new clinic houses open offices, labs, physical therapy areas and more.
Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic is a locally owned mens health clinic in Colorado Springs. They came to Hammers Construction to help remodel their existing space in the building they rent. The space now houses several offices, lab area and waiting room.
Sunshine Behavioral Heath is a premier Colorado Rehab Center nestled in Monument, Colorado. During this project the crew at Hammers Construction converted an existing hotel body sitting on 5.12 acres into an inpatient rehabilitation facility. This included the addition of a fire suppression system, re-work to accommodate ADA compliance, and new fit & finish throughout.
Shoco Oil is a premier full-service fuel and lubricant supplier for Colorado. They also specialize in testing, analyzing, and advising on all things fuel and lubricant related. Their services help customers plan a cost effective maintenance program that provides piece of mind by guarding against expensive equipment failure.
Project work scope:
- Expanded oil testing/analysis lab by 200 SF
- New lab cabinetry and counter tops
- Added air conditioning and exhaust to both the new and existing labs
- Relocated and expanded the conference Room
- Added new high end cabinetry with custom quartz counters top and two undercounter refrigerators
- Added new etched glass double doors and etched glass windows with logo artwork
- Replaced VCT flooring
- Removed and upgraded to curved main service counter
- New work stations (3) with backlit display wood shelving and custom quartz counter top
- Replaced VCT flooring
- Upgraded all office lighting to LED
Hammers stepped in and took over the project just shy of the halfway mark. We worked closely with owners Ras and Diego to develop a scope of work and critical path to completion. With our core team along with the owner’s drive and dedicated vision, the project was a huge success. They are open for business and flourishing with whispers of Create Cooking School 2.0 in 2020.
Hand and Stone is an upscale tenant finish space for a new message therapy and facial spa. It has a finish floor space of 2800 square foot and we had to work very closely with our client to coordinate the installation of the contractor supplied finishes such as floor coverings, millwork cabinetry, wall finishes and decorative lighting. Since this is also a national chain the Owner had a lot of corporate furnished items such as display cases, furniture, signage and equipment that we had to coordinate the installation of backing requirements, power supply locations and delivery schedules in order to meet the construction schedule and opening date.
