Jewett’s Liquor –Retail Ground Up Project

Jewett Liquor is a retail building in Canon City, Colorado. The building is a pre-engineered metal building spanning 11,700 SF total. It is a retail, liquor store located in Canon City, CO. Some special features include; steel studs, exterior rock detailing and exterior overhangs. We used a clear span metal building interior in order to have an open concept look to accommodate the large and wide display cabinets for the merchandise for sale.

CREATE COOKING SCHOOL – Tenant Finish Project

Hammers stepped in and took over this project just shy of the halfway mark. We worked closely with owners Ras and Diego to develop a scope of work and critical path to completion. With our team along with the owner’s drive and dedicated vision, the project was a huge success. They are open for business and flourishing with whispers of Create Cooking School 2.0 in 2020. We hope to take a class from them soon!

Create Cooking School is a tenant improvement project that Hammers recently finished in Denver, Colorado. At Create Cooking School you can enjoy a glass of wine while you discover new recipes and techniques. Have a great night out with your friends, and learn a little something, too.
We hope to take a drive to Denver and take a class from these great people soon!

We are very excited to kick off this new construction project with Peak Gymnastics and Fitness in Falcon, Colorado.

We have worked with the great people at Peak Gymnastics before and are so honored that we will be working on this project for them. Thank you Peak Gymnastics and Fitness for being great clients!

We will be building a new facility in Falcon, Colorado near Colorado Springs with room for an Olympic size trampoline, tumble pits, dance studio, and great open lobby area with room for seating for family of the athletes.
