Tender Care Vet Clinic – Existing Building Add-On in Falcon, Colorado
We are adding on to Tender Care Vet Clinic that we build previously. This project is moving along nicely.
North Range Eye Care – Ground – Up in Commerce City, Colorado
North Range Eye Care is a ground-up in Commerce City, Colorado. We are in the final stages of the building process and hope to finish up soon!
Peak Gymnastics – Ground-Up Falcon, Colorado
Peak Gymnastics is moving along nicely. We are excited to have poured the first slab and finished the pits.
Gripstone – Ground-Up Colorado Springs, Colorado
Gripstone is a ground-up building in Colorado Springs. The foundation was poured this week and we are going to be cranking away at getting the rest of the building process going over the weekend and into the next week.

We finally avoided snow here in Colorado this week and were able to get lots of work done. Check out the progress!
CSAA – Tenant Improvement Colorado Springs, Colorado
CSAA has their new carpet installed this week along with LVT. Our team was also able to complete the drywall finish and applied the base coat of paint.
North Range Eye Care – Ground – Up Commerce City, Colorado
NREC, on the outskirts of Denver, is in the interior stages of the design-build construction process. Insulation was completed along with the vapor barriers being installed and inspected. The brown coat of the stucco was applied and is now finished, also were able to install gas lines.
Gripstone – Ground-Up Metal Building in Colorado Springs, Colorado
We specialize in metal buildings and Gripstone is no exception! Our structural steel was delivered and staged and the foundation was prepped this week with underground utilities. We laid two-inch copper waterlines and fire lines that were then inspected and back-filled as well.
Apex Audiology – Medical Ground-Up in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Apex Audiology is a commercial medical building. This week at Apex we had concrete poured for their trash enclosure, sidewalks, curbs and gutters. The electrical transformer pad and underground conduits were installed. Steel framing was installed in the interior of the building. Steel erection is ongoing with welding being completed along with the wood framing and additional blocking for steel.

We have had some crazy weather this week in Colorado with the #bombcyclone causing road shutdowns and delays on many job-sites. The snow did not stop all the progress though.

Apex Audiology – Ground-Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Our crew was able to get a lot done this week on the Apex job-site despite the snow we received here. The interior steel framing was completed along with the installation of wood framing beam pockets for exterior steel. We are using red iron structural and architectural steel for the exterior. Also, we were able to start pouring curbs and gutters. The rooftop curbs were framed and penetrations for mechanical made.
Gripstone – Ground-Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado
This week at Gripstone there was foundation prep with additional blankets and sand bags laid for the winter storm, but the snow did not stop our deliveries. We had nine semi loads of structural steel delivered and staged.
North Range Eye Care – Ground-Up in Commerce City, Colorado
NREC passed their electrical and framing inspections this week. Snow and having to clear snow delayed work.
Woodford – Ground-Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Woodford had crane rails installed and footers poured for retaining walls on the loading dock pad. We also dug trenches for poles and completed pipe runs. Lastly, we completed the installation of the HVAC system.
“Lot 2” / Mitchell Heating – Office/Warehouse

COMPLETION DATE: February 2019

STRUCTURE TYPE: Office Warehouse Metal Building
“Lot 2” was designed and built as a spec building with intentions for Mitchell Heating to occupy the space. Mitchell Heating will be in the building near the end of March 2019. The building will house their mechanical division for sheet metal fabrication. The building features a 16-foot Evite and 12-foot x 14-foot overhead doors for optimal moving space. The generous size of the warehouse will be perfect for Mitchell Heating’s heating ductwork division to operate.

We have had all the seasons this week in Colorado but still made lots of progress on many of our jobs. This week we are featuring progress from Falcon, Colorado all the way up to the Denver Metro Area.

Woodford – Ground – Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
This week at the “Woodford” job there were some weather delays but we were able to get some exterior concrete poured, exterior pack lights and door bumpers installed, as well as interior lights installed and the fire sprinkler pipes started.
CSAA – Tenant Improvement Project in Colorado Springs, CO
This week at CSAA we worked on painting in the hallways. We also installed new caution signs and completed sanding the drywall. There was electrical routed for the closet along with mechanical equipment installation.
NREC – Ground-Up Project in Commerce City, Colorado
North Range Eye Care is in Commerce City, Colorado. This weeks progress includes duct work insulation, electrical rough, damp proofing, and lathing being installed. We also installed backing for cabinets and bathrooms along with the lot being graded and the dirt was hauled off.
Apex Audiology – Ground-Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado
There was a weather delay at Apex Audiology this week, but we were still able to get street lighting conduits and underground electrical conduits trenching done. We also completed an inspection and back-filling with compaction. Wood framing was completed including setting interior steel posts. In addition, we prepped for our exterior steel crew.
Gripstone – Ground-Up Project in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Gripstone is moving along with prep and material for fire hydrants, building water, and fire sprinklers. We are pending clearance to proceed, but prepping for thirteen loads of structural steel.
